He was born in Springfield, the son of Owen L. and Eleanor Washington Frazee. He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth in 1974.
Mr. Frazee was employed by the Illinois Division of Highways. He was the corresponding secretary for Illinois College's class of 1927. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
Surviving are one son, John D. of Springfield; one daughter, Jean M. Frazee of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Ruth Bruce of Columbus, Ohio.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Christ Episcopal Church with the Rev. Hobart H. Heistand officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Boarman-Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
