GREENFIELD - Harriett M. (Bunarek) Hamilton, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to John J. and Stephanie (Dusha) Bunarek.

Harriett worked as a collection manager for Kemba Credit Union in Indianapolis for 15 years before retiring in 2002. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Greenfield for over 35 years and volunteered with the Meals on Wheels program in Greenfield and Hancock Regional Hospital. She attended New Life UMC with her husband who supported them with meals during her final days. Harriett enjoyed exercising, reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Hamilton of Greenfield; daughters, Lisa Gibbons (Pete) of Indianapolis, Cheryl Vaughan (Chris) of Morgantown, Dawn Garcia (Juan) of Cumberland; step-children, Anthony Hamilton (Stacey) of Indianapolis, Beverly Phalen (Dave) of New Palestine, Rebecca Arnold of Indianapolis; six granddaughters, Amanda Hudson (Colin), Elizabeth Duebel (Jarred), Emily Gibbons, Jessica Copeland (Josh), Abby Neace, Nora Garcia; two great-grandchildren, Maelynn Copeland, Jude Duebel; and step-grandchildren, Sydni Phelan, Leigha Phelan, Jarrett Phelan, Wyatt Hamilton, Austin Arnold, Savannah Arnold, Isaiah Arnold, Victor Hamilton (Anna) and Vivian Hamilton; two step great-grandchildren, Jamesynn Cross and Leighton Arnold. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Stephanie Bunarek and first husband, Jesse Coffman.
