Came from Easton,Washington Co.,NY to Marcellus,Onondaga Co.,NY about 1796(when he purchased land from George Woosley with David Earls and Samuel Stratton Jr. 19Nov1796). Nathan and David Earl bought Samuel Stratton's portion on 07Mar1803, as Samuel was still residing in Easton and David and Nathan in Marcellus.

Nathan and Hannah sold land to Eleasor Burns 15Feb1804 also sold land the same day to John Wiltse.This land boarding John Wiltse and Thomas Tanner in Marcellus.

15th February 1804 NATHAN TANNER JR. and HANNAH his wife of the town of Marcellus sold to JOHN WILTSE for $100 part of lot number two in the first division of lot Number 53 in Marcellus and of a subdivision Number 4 containing seventy? three acres bordering THOMAS TANNER's land. 15th February 1804 NATHAN TANNER and HANNAH his wife sold to ELEAZER BURNS for $100 part of Lot number 2 in the first division of Lot 53 in Marcellus and of a subdivision Number five containing 73 acres & 39 chains bounded at the North East corner of JOHN WILTSEY'S land. Signed NATHAN TANNER JR., HANNAH TANNER (her mark) 15 February 1804 witnessed and recorded DAN BRADLEY (Book BB p. 244-245 LDS film 0870723)

Estimated died 1809, not in 1810 census. However, Nathan's, widow's new husband(Wm Foster) is living next to the same neighbors as Nathan was, so assumed the female in the household 45years is Hannah.

Decree of Partition (DP, page 66) published 1817 for property in Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY on lot 53. Names Heirs: William, Abel, Marsh, Anna, Foster, Nathan, Widow, Polly, Elizabeth(now Copp), and Sally (w/o Asahel Amidon)

On 14Mar1826, Foster Tanner sold to John Boggs land formerly owned by "the late Nathan Tanner deceased"
