Margaret V. Allison, age 83, of Rolla, passed away, June 2, 2016 at her home.
Margaret was born on June 8, 1932, in Lake Springs, MO, a daughter to the late Marlin A. and Theta A. (Johnston) Walker of Rolla.
On July 6, 1953, she was united in marriage to Ray E. Allison. He survives of the home.
Margaret enjoyed knitting and reading.
In addition to her husband of 63 years, Margaret is survived by: her daughter and four sons, Carol A. Harrell of Rolla, Steven R. Allison of St. Roberts, Scott Allison and his wife Theresa of St. James, Bruce A. Allison of Lawton, OK, and Brian K. Allison and his wife Annie of Alamogordo, NM; sister, Madora Patterson of Marshall, MO; a special cousin, Charles Walker and his wife Leona of Salem; 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by one son, Michael Allison of Alamogordo, NM; two brothers, Kenneth Walker of Junction City, KS and Albert Walker of Rolla; and one sister, Louise Harrelson of Eldon.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 2016 in the Rhea Cemetery near Rolla.
