MRS. RISER RITES IN MINDEN WEDNESDAY.
MINDEN - Mrs. Jessie Riser, 77, of Minden, died Monday at 1:40 p.m. in a Shreveport hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Green-Kleinegger Chapel with the Rev. Merlin Merrill, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating, assisted by the Rev. N. E. Joyner. Burial will be in Ruston Cemetery.
Mrs. Riser is survived by one son, Manning W. Riser of Parkersburg, W. Va.; two daughters, Mrs. F. D. Jackson of Shreveport and Mrs. Jeannette R. Bostick of Minden; and four grandchildren.
