Robert A. Belcher passed away at his home Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, of apparent congestive heart failure.
SERVICE: A private service will be held, and a reception is planned for a later date.
MEMORIALS: Contributions should be made to the Humane Society of North Texas. Robert was a retired Realtor and formerly worked for the Wirt Norris Company in Fort Worth as a top producer and also had his license also in Vail, Colo. He was later in the insurance business. Bob was a graduate of Paschal High School and Texas Christian University where he was a member of SAE (Sigma Alpha Epsilon) fraternity. Bob also served as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps in the early '70s. Bob was known for his quick wit, love of dogs and effervescent personality and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Robert was the son of the late Alwin and Betty Belcher; he had a younger brother, Gary, who preceded him in death.
SURVIVORS: He is survived by a sister; sons, Cory of Littleton, Colo., and Kevin Belcher of Vail, Colo., and Cory's sons, Chase, Garrett and Nash; plus his loving significant other, Mary Margaret Faulder, for over 21 years.
