BALDWIN CHARLES HORACE BALDWIN Dec. 21, 1920 - Aug. 10, 2010 Charles was born in Lawrence, Kansas. During WWII he served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Brooklyn in the Mediterranean. He graduated from the Baltimore College of Commerce. Charles was a Foreign Service Officer at the Department of State in the Office of the Executive Secretariat. He retired in 1973. He was a member of the Diplomatic and Counselor Officers Retired, and the Fort Myer Officer''s Club in Arlington, VA. He was a life member of the Kemper-Macon Ware Masonic Lodge of Falls Church. He moved to Florida in 1979. In retirement he was a member of the Araba Shrine, and was a Coast Guard Auxiliary volunteer. Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Betty W. Baldwin, of Fort Myers FL; a daughter, Bonnie B. Collier of Boyds, MD; a son, Charles H. Baldwin Jr. of Tarpon Springs, FL.; a grandson and a great-granddaughter. Services were held on August 14, in Fort Myers.
