On July 29, 1940, he was born in Farrell, a son to the late Walter and Agnes (Bicek) Parcetich and graduated from Farrell High School.
Carl was a U.S. Navy veteran and an iron worker for T. Bruce Campbell for 35 years, retiring in 2000.
He enjoyed going to camp and mowing his grass.
He married Darlene (Thompson) Parcetich on Sept. 7, 1963. She survives at home. Also surviving are a daughter, Tina Parcetich of Mercer; three sons, Carl Parcetich Jr. and his wife Pam of Fredonia, Duane "Dewey" Parcetich of Transfer, and Curt Parcetich of West Middlesex; seven sisters, Helen Simonik and Marie Brindisi of Farrell, Margie Longley of Universal City, Texas, Julianne Horvath of Niles, Ohio, Carolann McCartney and her husband Bob of Chandler, Ariz., Maryann Snowball of Chandler, Ariz., and Rose Zipay of Sharpsville; a brother, Jeff Parcetich of West Middlesex; and 10 grandchildren, Kayla, James, Carley, Brook, Brandy, Cody, Randi, Lacie, Blaiden and Angela.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Gloria Parcetich; three brothers, Walter "Jr.," James "Mooch" and Michael Parcetich; and two granddaughters, Nichole and Korynn.
Burial: Mount Washington Cemetery.
