Mr. Abrams was a son of the late Albert and Berusha (Skye) Abrams. He was also predeceased by grandchildren, Kee Abrams and Laura Peppel and his siblings, Milton, William, Woodrow, Homer and Robert Abrams.
He was a Korean War veteran and served in the Navy, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine, He retired in 1979 from National Gypsum Co. He was a sub chief for the Snipe Clan on the Tonawanda Reservation.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Rosowski, who he married in 1992; his children Curtis Abrams, Christine Abrams, Francine (Dale Graff) Abrams, Tony (Roxanne) Abrams, Alan Abrams, Jeffrey Alband and Michelle Abrams; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and siblings, Walter (Lenore) Abrams, Myron Abrams and Shirley Snyder.
