David Michael Hansen
2/19/1939 ~ 7/6/2007
The sweetest, most gentle soul left us on Friday morning in the arms of his loving wife. His pain riddled body is finally at ease. Mike was accomplished in his life, but most important to him was being a great and loving father to Ken and Greg and then staying home to raise his long awaited son David Michael. (He was such a proud father!!!) He was always loving and supportive of his wife Margit. Mike was an example of how a disability does not have to prevent you from doing the things you love. He loved camping, hunting, boating, trapshooting, golf and traveling in his motor home to see many different parts of the country. He never complained, he was just happy to be alive. We love you and will never forget you, we know that your spirit will always guide us. Your loving wife Margit Rambo, sons David Michael II, Ken Liston, Greg Liston and grandson Damon Liston. He is survived by his brothers: Dale (Jan), Lyn (Jean), Richard (Margaret), Ken (Myrna), Dee (Tracy). Preceded in death by both parents, brothers Robert and Howard. Funeral services will be held on Fri. July 13, 2007, 11 a.m. at the Utah Veteran's Memorial Park Chapel, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Utah where friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. prior to services.
Interment: Utah Veteran's Memorial Park.
