Funeral services are Tuesday at 10 am cst in the chapel with Minister Jim Franklin officiating and burial in Rainsville Church of Christ cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 9 pm and Tuesday 9 am until service time.
Survivors include, step-sons, Ellsworth Green and Lowell Green, sister, Mamie Ray, step-sisters, Shirley Hemphill and Hazel Murphy, niece and caregivers, Joan and Paul Gibson.
Mrs. Green was preceded in death by parents, Jack Lane and Susan Barnes Buttram, sisters, Irene Culpepper, Doris Strickland, Pat Bohlka, Jimmie Drake, brother, J. L. Buttram. She was member of Ider Church of Christ and volunteered for over 25 years at Floyd County Senior Center.
