Mr. Cisco was born Jan. 24, 1909, in Waynesville, and had resided in Springfield for 14 years. He was married to Sylvia Russell Aug. 15, 1926. Mr. Cisco was a railroad section worker and a member of the North Side Church of Christ.
Besises his wife, he is survived by a son, Eugene, with the U. S. navy; two daughters, Mrs. Darlene Sparling and Mrs. Genevieve Watson, both of Springfield; his mother, Mrs. Adeline Cisco, Waynesville; two brothers, Amos of Springfield and Woodrow of Manchester, Tenn.; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Darlington, Waynesville; Mrs. Dolly Justin, Lincoln; Mrs. Mary Dell Summers, Waynesville; a grandchild.
