Renee was born to parents Patricia (Johnson) Ropp and Perry L. Ropp. She was cherished and loved by both. She graduated Archbishop Mitty High School in 2002 and moved onto college. Renee graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies and Geography in 2009. She then went on to graduate from Mills College with a Master's in Educational Leadership in 2014. Renee was employed by U.C. Santa Cruz in the admissions department as outreach and applications reader. She was an active member of Tri Delta Sorority as student adviser volunteer at U.C Berkley and loved working with college students and her alumni chapter, as well as her UCLA chapter. She was also a Tri Delta National volunteer as a Financial Resource Specialist to advice local college chapters.
She loved Disneyland, her friends, travel, eating out and a good beer! Her hobby was flower arranging.
Other survivors are maternal grandmother Alvera Johnson, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, who all hold her in our hearts forever.
