Born at Gay Hill, Milam Co., TX. Son of Charles Monroe (C.M.) Caffey and Ruthy Ann Eiland. Married, 20 Sept 1914, in Salty, Milam Co., TX, to Nealie Towery Gooden Harris.

CAFFEY, Charles Napolean "Pollie" of Deer Park. Age 83. Died 10/12/1976 (in paper 10/21/1976) in a Deer Park Nursing Home after being in failing health for several weeks. Services held (Thursday) in Phillips & Luckey Chapel. Burial in Salty Cemetery.

He was BORN 11/28/1892 to M/M. C.M. Caffey and was a former resident of Milam Co. Married Miss Nealie Harris on 9/20/1914 in Salty Comm. He retired as an oil field pumper. Lifelong member of the Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
