She was born October 15, 1920 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Albert and Ann (Haskel) Burgess, she married Robert H. Albrecht Jan. 29, 1941, in Peoria. He died May 22, 1990.
Surviving are three daughters, Joyce (Michael) Hardin, Roberta (David Richards) Albrecht and Vivian (Charles) Arrington; two sons, Fredrick Albrecht and Gerald Albrecht; one sister, Peggy Albrecht; nine grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Vicki Arrington.
She was a homemaker.
