CAMDEN — Mrs. Adelaide C. Garlick, 78, 78 Mexico St., died early this morning in Oneida City Hospital. She was admitted yesterday.

She was born in Camden on Aug. 17, 1869, the daughter of the late John and Isabel Drought Redmond. She was twice married. On Nov. 28, 1889, she was married to Frederick Clelland, who died in May 1932. She was married to William Garlick, who survives her on April 15, 1937.

She had lived in Camden all her life. A member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church, Utica, she attended local churches. She was a member of Camden Chapter 448, OES, Camden Grange 354, Camden Garden Club, and the Hillsboro Ladies Aid Society.

Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Louella Watkins, Oneonta, Miss Mary Clelland, Ithaca, and Mrs. Allan Davis, New Hartford; a son, Ford Clelland, Clinton; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the B. A. and Son Funeral Home. The Rev. W. H. Bradley will officiate. Interment will be made in Forest Park Cemetery, Members of OES will hold ritualistic services at the funeral home on Thursday.
