He retired as owner and operator of Pittman Used Cars. Mr. Pittman served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and was a member of the Lynnville Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Mayfield Masonic Lodge.
Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife of 19 years Virginia Sullins Pittman; one son, William Boyd (Julie) Pittman of Sedalia, KY; one grandson, John Michael (Leslee) Pittman of Sedalia, KY; one great-granddaughter, Taylor Ann Pittman.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Norma Jean Bright Pittman and his parents Alfred and Mary Wilson Pittman.
