Born December 3, 1964 in Charles Town, WV, he was the son of Virginia Baker Feagans and the late Bill Thomas Feagans.
Billy enjoyed special times at the cabin and the beach. He loved showing cattle. He was quiet a hard working machine operator, a good provider to his family and a loving father, devoted husband, and wonderful brother and friend.
In addition to his mother, Wanda, he is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Jennifer, at home; one son, Marlin Thomas Feagans; and one daughter, Annika Theresa Feagans, at home; three sisters, Terry Lynn Feagans, Kelly Ann Feagans and Tammey Lynn Johnson and husband, Bobby; three brothers, David Dean Feagans, Forrest Richard Feagans and wife, Teresa, and Duane Poston and wife, Fran; best friends, Mike Johnson, Josh Ott, Keith Potter, and Robbie Johnson; and many special nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill; special uncle, George A. Baker; stepmother, Evelyn Feagans; and cattle-farming friend and mentor, Ed Brown.
A public celebration will be scheduled and published at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be mailed to Jennifer Feagans, 233 Cedar Grove Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430, earmarked Annika and Marlin’s College Fund.
