Adair Walter, 82, died Wednesday in Whitley County Hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage. He was born in Noble County and resided in Noble and Whitley Counties most of his life. He was a member of Ormas Baptist Church. Surviving are four sons, Earl of Cosperville, Fred of Ligonier, Donald, Larwill, and Ronald, Cromwell; three daughters, Mrs. Carl Marks, LaGrange, and Mrs. Rupert Hicks and Mrs. Keith Hicks, Ligonier; a brother; three sisters; 27 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. His wife, Nellie Irene, died Jan. 21. Funeral was Saturday in Ormas Baptist Church. Burial, Thorn Cemetery.
