She is survived by her beloved husband, Stanley Czuba; one son and daughter-in-law, John and Patricia Czuba of Clifton Park; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Peter Etienne of Utica; five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Stasis Aemond of Orange, CA, Jennie and Joseph Blais of Plant City, FL, Stephanie and Howard Hebert, Mary Radcliff and Josephine Rowe, all of Lowell, MA; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Adam Dziubek of Florida and Theodore and Peggy Dziubek of Lowell, MA; four grandchildren, Michael and his wife Lorie Czuba, Deborah Ann Czuba, Leon Etienne and Matthew Etienne; two great grandchildren, Taylor Leigh and Patrick Michael; a special friend, Wanda Coughlin of Herkimer; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
