John Joy, 90 years old, died at 9:30 o'clock Sunday night at the home of his grandson, Albert Joy, one-half mile north of Dennison, Ill. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Dennison church and burial was in Dunlap cemetery. He is survived by five children, Mrs. Andrew Wyrick, Dennison; Mrs. Theodore Summers, St. Berniece, Ind., John Joy, Terre Haute,; Mrs. John Yeargin, Vermillion, Ill., and Mrs. Fred Weaver, Dennison, Ill; twenty-three grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
