BELLINGHAM - Angeline P. (Duffany) Altomonte, 92, of Bellingham, died Thursday, July 19, 2007, at the Meadow Green Nursing Home in Waltham after a long illness.

She was the wife of the late Salvatore Altomonte.

Born in Shoreham, Vt., the daughter of the late Joseph and Aglore (Lamarque) Duffany, she had been a resident of Bellingham, Tewksbury and Brighton.

Mrs. Altomonte had been employed for many years at Raytheon Co. in Newton.

She leaves her daughters, Eleanor F. Butt of Lowell and Virginia A. Cicero of Waltham and her son, Joseph Altomonte of Bellingham; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was the mother of the late James A. Altomonte and sister of the late Joseph, Harry and Arthur Duffany.

A funeral service will be celebrated today, at 11 a.m., at the Chapel of the Brasco and Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham.

Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery in Boston.

Visiting hours will be held today, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the funeral home, prior to the service.
