Born June 20, 1900 in Valparaiso, she was the daughter of Charles and Louise (Wulff) Bell. A former staff member of The Vidette-Messenger, she joined the V-M classified ad staff in 1943 and later served as society editor, retiring in 1965. She also was formerly employed at Van Ness Electric and was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist, Daughters of the American Revolution, American Legion Auxiliary, and Porter County Historical Society. Survivors include cousins Charlotte Wulff, Mrs. Les Lundahl, Mrs. Fred Holst, and Fred Wulff, all of Valparaiso. There will be no visitation. (Note attached says died June 6, 1974)
