Services for Ada Mae Wymer 66 former Akronite who Had worked in Washington. D. C. for 30 years, will bp at 2:00 p. m. Friday in the Kesler funeral home. She died April 2 in Washington.
Miss Wymer left Akron in 1938 to take a job as secretary to Dow W. Harter, former U.S. Representative from Akron's 14th District who served five terms. She worked in Tokyo as secretary to Maj. George Eberle in 1949 and retired two years ago from a job in the mail department at the White House.
She remained in Washington. Miss Wymer was a member of the Foundry Methodist Church, Washington. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Guy Stalnaker. Elkins, W.Va.. Mrs. Martin, Donna Long, St. Petersburg, Fla.. and Mrs. Milford Kesler. Akron.
There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family asks that donations be made to the Foundry Methodist Church, Sixteenth st. NW. Washington.
