Eva Fryer, 84, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020, at her daughters' residence. She was born May 16, 1935 in Hitchins, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Cova Lee and Sarah Sparks Seagraves.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Fryer; four sisters, Dorothy Jones, Hazel Grizzell, Mildred Isaacs, and Easter Seagraves; four brothers, Chester, John, Pete, and Jack Seagraves.

She was of the Protestant faith, a housewife and loving mother.

She is survived by three sons, Johnnie L. Fryer of Owingsville, Kentucky, Phillip Brian Fryer of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, and Scott (Peggy) Fryer of Milton, West Virginia; two daughters, Henrietta (Carl) White of Pittsboro, North Carolina, and Mary (Charles) Hall of Olive Hill; eleven grandchildren; Brian Ray, Matthew, Gary, Keith, CW, CJ, Emma, Robert, Max, Dakota, and Roina; twenty great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 16, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, Kentucky, Tim Hall and Jack Grizzell, ministers. Burial will follow in the Edison Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 15, 2020, 6:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
