The daughter of John (1765-1813) and Dorcas (nee Walker) (1769-1797) Turner.

She married John C Tabb, the son of the Rev. George W (1750-1829) and Anne Nancy (nee White) (1761-1794) Tabb, on January 1, 1806.

They had thirteen children:
