John Allred passed away on March 7, 2020 at the age of 69.

John was born on December 6, 1950 to Virginia Dow Allred and Jack Allred in Vernal, Utah.

John graduated from Uintah High School class of 1969.

John married Jeane Reynolds on March 13, 1976.

John's greatest joys were his children, his grand kids, and the outdoors. John enjoyed spending time with his family camping and riding ATVs at his cabin on Diamond Mountain.

He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed arrowhead hunting, horse riding, pack trips in the Uinta mountains, and hunting.

John and Jeane have also raised quality show lambs.

John enjoyed working with his family at Jack's General Tire starting in the summer of 1970 and was a successful businessman for 50 years.

John was very grateful for all of his friends and customers through Jack's General Tire.

The family would like to express thanks to all customers, friends, and family for their support.

He is survived by his wife Jeane; daughter Alicen (Caleb) Taylor; sons Derek John and Drex Joel; grandkids Megan, Tessa, and Carter Taylor; brothers Don (Polly) Allred and Rand (Beckie) Allred.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Virginia Allred; his father and mother-in-law Deloss and Dorine Reynolds.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 12:00p.m. at the Vernal Memorial Park.

A viewing will be held Tuesday evening 5:00-8:00p.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
