Bobby Charles Campbell was at his parents home near Bardwell, Ellis County, Texas on born 6 January 1935. He was the son of John Richard Campbell and Peggy Loraine Bruce. At the start of WWII, his parents moved to Worth Street in Dallas where his father became a streetcar motorman for the Dallas Transit Company. In 1946 they moved to San Diego, CA when his father took a similar job with the San Diego Transit Company. Bobby moved back to Bardwell and lived with his grandparents when he started high school and graduated from Bardwell High School in 1953. After a stint in the US Army, he married on 2 Oct 1960 in Imperial, California. They lived in San Diego for several years where their two daughters were born.
Bobby later moved to Oregon where he worked for Pacific Bell Telephone Company until he retired and moved to Arizona. (Bio submitted on 18 Nov 2021 by his second cousin, William D. Gorman of Plano, Texas who was a childhood playmate).
