Pressler David L was born in Whitley County May 2, 1851, died at his home in Albion Nov. 4, 1923, aged 72 years, 7 months and 2 days. He married Roseann Ingraham May 15, 1875. They had 6 sons and 4 daughters. Two daughters and one son are deceased. The most of his life has been spent in Noble County and the larger part in Albion. He at one time was a member of the Methodist Church. He leaves his wife; his children, John of Wolf Lake, Mrs. Alberta Haggerty of Elkhart, Mrs. Zina A. Altimus of Wolf Lake, Carl of Mishawaka, Berlin and Elmer of Albion, and Charles of Elkhart; two brothers, Joseph of Huntington and Adam, residence unknown; one half-sister, Maude Pressler of Fort Wayne; 2 half-brothers, Emanuel and Will of Columbia City; 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral last Tuesday at the U. B. Church. Burial, Albion Cemetery.
