Mrs. Melvina Cope Dies on N. Eighth.
Mrs. Melvina Cope, 81 years of age, widow of Reuben Cope, Confederate Solider, died in her
home on North Eighth Street Saturday night at 10:30 O'clock.
Funeral Services will held at 1:30 O'clock Wednesday afternoon at Mount Zion with Rev. Wade
Perkins in charge internment will be in Church Cemetery.
She is survived by one daughter and two sons: Mrs. Azalee Jordan, North Eighth Street:
Lucian Anderson of Marion, Kansas; and Rollie Anderson, Graves County.
