Calvin R. Brant, resident of St. Paul's Home on the Jamestown Road, died yesterday, July 23, 1957, at the Greenville Hospital. He was 74.

Mr. Brant was a native of Pittsburgh (sic), having been born there Jan. 19, 1883, to John A. and Susan Michler (sic) Brant. He lived most of his life in that city.

He was married to Margaret Kinzer, who survives. Mr. Brant was formerly employed as a stationary engineer.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three sisters: Mrs. Elizabeth Miller and Mrs. Alameda Gumbert, both of Berlin, Pa., and Mrs. M. H. Wills (sic), of Somerset.
