Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 70, page 89, for Washington Township, Brown County, records that Indiana Tull, white female, age 75y, 9m, and the widow of Jack Tull, died about 3 p.m. on July 12, 1905 in Washington Township. The cause of death was "Hemiplegia." Her parents were unknown to the informant, her son-in-law, Frank Followell. Her place of burial was not noted, and the undertaker was F. P. Taggart, of Nashville.
