   Carlinville--Mrs. Jessie Blanche Hartley, 86, widow of Robert L. Hartley, died at 1:45 a.m. Friday at the home of her son, Jess Hartley, here.
   Mrs. Hartley was born Jan. 5, 1863, in Brushy Mound township, a daughter of Jesse and Gillian Peebles Botkins.  On Oct. 27, 1886, she was married to Robert L. Hartley, who died June 19, 1946.
   Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Parker of Topeka, Kan.; two sons, Jess Hartley, Carlinville, and James Hartley, Chesterfield; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Miss G. Kate Armstrong, Wichita, Kan.; Mrs. Lena Linsdale, Lawrence, Kan.; three brothers, D.A. Armstrong of Oklahoma City, Okla.; R.A. Armstrong of Savannah, Ga., Lewis Armstrong of Kansas City, Kan.
   The body was removed to Wiese funeral home, where funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 1 p.m.  The Rev. F.L. Crouch will officiate.  Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
