Garnet M. Musser, age 94, of Carrollton, Missouri, died August 9, 1999, at the Carrollton Nursing Center.
She was born January 20, 1905, in Lewis County, Missouri, the daughter of James and Christine Colstadt Billups. She attended Granger School and graduated from high school in 1923.
She moved to the Bosworth/Bogard area of Carroll County, Missouri, in the 1940's and assisted in the operation of her husband's service station. She also worked as a nurses aide at a nursing home.
She was married to Russia (Guy) Musser. He preceded her in death on August 16, 1982.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Perry; three sisters, Grace Chancellor, Bernice Frary and Luticia Billups.
Cremation. Graveside memorial services will be conducted by Reverend Bert Hughes at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, August 12, 1999, at Coloma Cemetery, Coloma, Missouri.
The family suggests contributions to the Carrollton Nursing Center in memory of Mrs. Musser. They may be left at or mailed to the Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton.

Garnet and Russia apparently had no children.
