Ada was united in marriage to Marion H. Freeze on December 28, 1932, in Buffalo, Mo. She was a wonderful homemaker and helped on the family farm. Ada was a member of the Bona Church of Christ.
Preceding her in death were her parents, William J. and Dora (Cantrell) Fite; one son, Bobby G. Freeze; one grandson, Douglas M. Freeze; one sister, Mildred Garoutte; and four brothers, Homer, Frank, Horace and Herbert Fite.
Survivors include two sons, Marion Dale Freeze and his wife, Ruby, of Walnut Grove, Missouri, and William H. Freeze and his wife, Shirley, of Walnut Grove, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Sue Freeze of Greenfield, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Jane Fite of Greenfield, Missouri; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services were held on Sunday, August 5, 2007, in Bona Church of Christ with Jim Poland officiating.
