Pamela Sue Smith died at the young age of 45 of cancer on April 24, 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on May 17, 1954 to Faye (Jensen) and Ephraim “Doc” Larson in Phoenix, Arizona.
She left behind her mother and her husband Steven W. Smith along with four children Mariah, Jamon, Shiloh, and Taryn. Also three brothers; Wade, Jeffrey and Steven Larson and sister Carolyn.
Predeceased is her father and three half sisters; Berniece (Larson)Jesperson, Maxine (Larson) Hinds and Gwendolyn May (Larson) Edwards.
Pamela was a beautiful person with many talents. She is greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.
