She was preceded in death by her father, The Reverend Canon Fred T. Kyle, her mother, Carolyn Kyle and her husband, Harold York. She is survived by her daughter Carol Nicholas Bernard (Frank), her son, Kyle Nicholas, and her brother, Michael Kyle (Kathy) of North Carolina. She had resided in Kentucky since the 90's and will be buried there.
A service for Pam will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, July 22, 2018 in the Chapel at Christ Episcopal Church, Bradenton, FL.
