James Patrick Tinney of 606 Mary Street, Frederick, died on Thursday morning at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
He was a son of the late James P. and Ann E. Shelton Tinney. He was an employee of the Potomac Edison Company
He is survived by his wife, Janice Wilhide Tinney, three children, James Patrick Tinney III, John Michael Tinney and Susan Burhl Tinney, seven sisters, Mrs. Edgar Fox, Mrs. Edgar Didway, Mrs. Horace Alexander, Mrs. Robert Danner, Mrs. Albert Fisher, all of this city, Mrs. Charles Thomas of near this city; and Mrs. Dunbar Darby of Beallsville; one brother, Kenneth P. Tinney of this city.
Friends may call at the Hilton Funeral Home in Barnesville. There will be no viewing. Funeral services will be made in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Heart Association.
