Zelma ''Toots'' Armintrout, 93, of Eldon, Iowa, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, at the Ottumwa (Iowa) Manor Care Center.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Kremer Funeral Home, Eldon. Visitation is 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Graveside services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Buffalo Prairie (Ill.) Cemetery.
She was born June 22, 1909, in Buffalo Prairie, to John and Mae Elliott Boney. She married Carl Schmidt. She later married Albert Armintrout in 1966 in Rock Island. He died June 22, 1985.
Surviving are a son, Byron Schmidt, Eldon; stepdaughter, Mary Ann Snyder, Eldon; four grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 11 stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Susie Weir, Eldon. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
