Betty Lou Linder, the daugher of Edward Loehr and Nina Jordison, was born on October 6, 1933 in Fort Dodge, IA. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1952. Betty Lou Loehr was united in marriage to Paul Linder on July 21, 1953 in Blue Earth, MN. Paul Linder passed away on July 16, 1993. Betty worked for many years at Union Trust Savings and Loan. She then worked for the Fort Dodge School Food Service for several years after that. In 2004, Betty retired from Walmart where she had worked for 25 years. In her spare time Betty enjoyed sewing and jigsaw puzzles. She also loved spending quality time with family and friends.
Betty is survived by her sons, Doug (Carol) and David (Danette) Linder; her five grandchildren, Kelsey, Jenna, Logan, Kody, and Alex; her siblings, Claudia (George) Davis and Sharon (Harold) Blaskey; and her caregiver, Sharon Cervene.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Nina; her husband, Paul; and her brother, Brian.
Memorials may be directed to the discretion of the family.
