Son of Frank C Ballou and Betty Jean Wood Ballou. He tragically drowned while circling the bay on his dad's racing boat. Another speeding boat rammed into Danny's. He was knocked out of the boat, hitting his head on the boat, leaving him unconscious. He momentarily floated, then sank into 14 feet of water. Emergency crew worked for over an hour to find him. By that time, it was too late. He is survived by younger sister and brother. mom and dad, paternal grandparents, maternal grandmother and 12 other cousins, aunts and uncles.
