Sherman McClure, 55, of 3404 Winnland Dr., Louisville, died January 11, 1986 in Louisville. / Mr. McClure was born July 23, 1930 in Grayson County, the son of Douglas McClure and step-son of Myrtle Stevenson of Leitchfield. His mother, Dora Downs, deceased. His wife Wanda Wood McClure, survives. / He was an employee of Ralston Purina Specialty Foods and a veteran of the Korean War Air Force. / Other survivors include: one daughter, Donna Marie Kingrey of Louisville; one sister, Hettie Woosley of Leitchfield, one brother, Kermitt McClure of New Albany, Ind.; two grandsons, Gary Lee Kingrey and James Ray Kingrey, both of Louisville. / Funeral services were held January 16 at the Watkins Chapel, Bro. Roy Smith officiating, with burial in the Anneta Cemetery.
