Barnie Jupin. aged sixty twoyears. died at his home near Brandenburg Station April 26, of that dreaded disease tuberculosis. He had been in bad health for several years and his death came as no surprise. He was a member of the Methodist church and lived a true Christian life. "Uncle Barnie" as he was known by all will not only be missed by his family to whom he was so devoted, but by his neighbors and friends, for he was ever ready to lend a helping band. He is survived by his widow and eight children, five sons and three daughters, one sister, two half sisters and one half brother and a host of relatives and friends who mourn his loss. Funeral services were conducted at the church by Rev J. L. Logsdon his pastor with interment in the Methodist cemetery. Weep not. dear ones your loss is his eternal gain. Sympathy is extended to the bereaved ones.
