Mr. Koch, a Navy veteran of World War II, was a member of the American Legion Post 14. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, square dancing and round dancing.
He was born Sept. 5, 1921, in Vancouver. He moved from Vancouver as a youngster and returned in 1939.
He is survived by his wife, Inez, at home.
Mr. Koch built homes for the Vancouver Housing Authority.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. A graveside service begins at 11 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Disease Resources of Oregon; Oregon Burn Center; or a charity of the donor's choice.
