He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diane Stalter; one son, Steven (Christina) Stalter; one daughter, Kristin Thress; grandsons, Joseph Stalter, Bradley Stalter, Aaron Thress and Ryan Thress; two sisters, Carole (Tom) Dreier and Diane (Stan) Schorr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillie Stalter.
