Alan Chenetz, 63, departed this life June 24, 2008. He was born in Hazleton, PA on February 16, 1945 to the late Charles and Minnie Chenetz. Alan is survived by his wife, Marion Chenetz; three children, Curtis Chenetz of Cary, Sgt. Ian Chenetz of Fort Bragg (currently serving in Iraq), and Bryna Edwards of Clayton; eight grandchildren, Trenton Chenetz of Cary, Scott and Summer Warner both of Clayton, Meghan and Brianna Chenetz both of Corryton, TN, Bailey, Riley and Lora Haist all of Fort Bragg; and sister, Tamara Chenetz Houser of Hazleton, PA.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2008 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 S.E. Maynard Road, Cary. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service starting at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alan's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
