James passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020, in Wills Point.

James Jeral Foreman was born on February 14, 1935, in Edgewood, TX, to parents, James Franklin Foreman and Willie Fay Crayton Foreman. He was raised in Wills Point and graduated from Wills Point High School in 1953. James married Romilda Sue Sealy on May 28, 1954, in Dallas, TX, and they lived in the Dallas area. He was an electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union for sixty-five years. James served as a business manager for eleven years and later as an international representative for I.B.E.W. for fifteen years. After retirement he served as the Van Zandt County Democratic Party chairman. James was raised in the Methodist church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Willie Fay Foreman; grandparents, Jessie Madison “Bud” Foreman and Minnie Hunt Foreman; son, James Russell Foreman; brother, Harold Foreman.
James is survived by his wife, Romilda Foreman of Wills Point, TX; son, Richard Wayne Foreman of Wills Point, TX; granddaughter, Jessica Foreman and husband, Nic Myers; grandsons, James Thomas Foreman and Joseph Wayne Foreman; sister, Daphine McDonald of Mesquite, TX; daughter-in-law, Sherry Foreman of Austin, TX; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2020, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.
