A funeral service was held in Washington Wednesday for Willie L. Stevens, 54, former King George County resident, who died unexpectedly at his home, 1421 19th St. S. E., Washington, D. C., on Monday.

He was the son of H. Temple and Betty Stevens, of Igo.

He is survived by his father; his wife, Ceclia Stevens, of Washington; two sons, Herbert Stevens and Wayne Stevens, of Washington; one daughter, Suzanne Stevens, of Washington; five sisters, Julia C. Halla, of Indian Head, Md., Mrs. Thelma Hardin and Mrs. Mable Corley, of Washington, and Mrs. Mollie Skidmore and Mrs. Ettye Elliott, of King George; five brothers, Mike Stevens, of Washington, Charles Stevens and Emerson Stevens, of King George, and George Stevens and Frank Stevens of Fredericksburg.

Burial was in Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
