Randy was born in St. George, Utah, and was raised in Ivins Utah. He graduated High School from Cedar City High School. His passions included demolition derby's and building cars & trucks with his friends. He truly enjoyed going places and was always up for an adventure, or lending a helping hand. He is survived by his parents Gary and Marie Hafen, his son Justin Slama, Joseph Hardy, his 3 Sisters Eva Marie, Martha Rose and Darci Ann Hafen, all of Enterprise, Utah, a half-brother Garrick Hafen of Newcastle, Utah, his two half-sisters Janice Blanchard of Victorville, California and Tracy Hovater of Draper, Utah, his grandparents and many other relatives. Care has been interested to Hughes Mortuary 435-674-5000.
