Paul Wayne “Papaw” Cook was born May 8, 1950 as the second born of identical triplets and passed away February 3, 2020.

Services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 6:00-9:00 PM.

Mr. Cook is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Cook; his mother, Lois Flood Cook; and brother, Ronald Cook.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife of 48 years Patricia Corgill-Cook; children, Jeremy Cook and wife Brea, Chad Cook, Stacie Cook, and Brian Cook and wife Danielle; grandchildren, Matthew, Elise and Everly; brothers, Patrick Cook and wife Jody, Philip Cook and wife Sheila; and numerous nieces and nephews and family members.

He loved watching baseball, football, listening to gospel & bluegrass music and visiting with his grandbabies.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to V A Hospital at www.pay.gov.
